Union Authorization CARD

*I hereby authorize the Motion Picture Editors Guild, Local 700 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its Territories and Canada, AFL-CIO, CLC, to represent me for the purpose of collective bargaining with my employer (identified below). I understand that this authorization can be used to petition the National Labor Relations Board for an election, or can be used by the Union to obtain recognition from my employer without an election.
